Title of Position: Executive Chef
Job Description: The Executive Chef will showcase their leadership qualities by hiring, managing, and guiding all Culinary Team Members and being responsible for creating a kitchen atmosphere that thrives on teamwork and welcomes constructive feedback. The Executive Chef in this position will ensure all food safety and sanitary regulations are abided by 100% of the time and will take pride in all dishes prepared while maintaining consistency in taste and quality. The Executive Chef will be expected to focus on exceeding guest expectations while at the same time driving revenue and maximizing profit.
Benefits:

Qualifications:
- The Executive Chef must have restaurant Executive Chef experience of at least 3 years in high volume restaurants
- A passion for mentoring and developing others is a must for the Executive Chef
- As solid track record of creating amazing menus is a must for the Executive Chef
- Culinary degree preferred
- Must be able to pass a background check, credit check and reference check
