What You'll Do:
- Oversee all kitchen operations, ensuring impeccable food preparation, cooking, and plating standards.
- Prioritize food quality, hygiene, and compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Manage inventory, budgeting, and food costs for optimal profitability.
- Lead and mentor the kitchen team to foster a positive, high-performance culture.
- Work closely with the management team, contributing inspired ideas for special events and menu updates.
- Stay on top of culinary trends and innovative techniques to continuously enhance our offerings.
What You Bring:
- Proven experience as an Executive Chef or in a similar leadership role, with a portfolio showcasing culinary excellence.
- Expertise in culinary trends, ingredient selection, and cutting-edge techniques.
- A strong track record in kitchen management, including cost control and operational efficiency.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to inspire and develop a diverse team.
- Commitment to food safety and sanitation standards.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required in the restaurant industry.
- A culinary degree or certification is preferred but not required if qualifications and experience meet our high standards.
Compensation Package:
- Salary: Up to $75,000, based on experience and qualifications.
