Role Overview:
As an Executive Chef, you will play a pivotal role in our culinary operations, overseeing kitchen activities and ensuring the delivery of exceptional dining experiences. With a focus on creativity, leadership, and culinary expertise, you will lead our kitchen team to uphold the highest standards of quality and innovation.
Experience:
- Proven experience as an Executive Chef or in a similar leadership role within the culinary industry
- Demonstrated success in menu development, cost control, and kitchen management
- Expertise in creating and implementing culinary concepts that elevate the dining experience
Education:
- Culinary degree or equivalent qualification from a reputable culinary institute
- Additional certifications in food safety and sanitation are advantageous
Key Responsibilities:
- Menu Development: Create innovative and appealing menus that align with our brand's culinary vision and guest preferences.
- Kitchen Management: Oversee all aspects of kitchen operations, including food preparation, cooking, and plating, to ensure quality and consistency.
- Team Leadership: Lead and mentor kitchen staff, inspiring creativity, teamwork, and excellence in culinary execution.
- Quality Control: Maintain high food quality standards, presentation, and taste through regular inspections and training.
- Cost Control: Monitor food and labor costs and implement strategies to optimize profitability without compromising quality.
- Safety Compliance: Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, maintaining a clean and organized kitchen environment.
- Vendor Relations: Establish and maintain relationships with suppliers and vendors to source high-quality ingredients at competitive prices.
- Innovation: Stay updated on industry trends, experiment with new techniques, and introduce creative culinary concepts to enhance our offerings.

With a strong focus on generating sales, maintaining service standards, and tight P&L management, he moved through GM roles with Arcis Golf. Kevin later excelled in the role of General Manager of Weymouth Country Club, located just outside Cleveland, Ohio.
