• Overseeing inventory, stocking supplies, and ensuring the residence meets five-star standards at all times.

Schedule and Compensation

The role requires flexibility to meet the family’s needs. Hours include:

• 50 hours/week when the family is not on-site.
• 60 hours/week when the family is on-site.
• The position allows for two split days off per week.

Compensation reflects the high standards and expectations of the role, with a competitive hourly rate of $50-60 per hour, depending on experience and qualifications.
