Location: Tucson, AZ

Salary: $55,000 to $60,000

Now, we're looking for an outstanding executive housekeeping manager to join us in ensuring our facilities are always in pristine condition.


Job Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in managing housekeeping in a similar capacity, preferably within the hotel industry.
  • Demonstrated Patience - Calm Demeanor.
  • Excellent Organization Skills and Follow Through.
  • Excellent understanding of budgeting, cost control, and inventory management.
  • Knowledge of federal, state, and local laws, including OSHA, EEOC, Wage Hour, and Health laws.
  • Ability to effectively train and develop a motivated housekeeping team.
  • Exceptional communication and leadership skills.
  • Bilingual is a PLUS.


Job Responsibilities: As the executive housekeeping manager in Tucson, AZ, your primary responsibility will be to oversee all housekeeping and laundry operations. You will:


  • Manage the operations of the housekeeping and laundry departments, ensuring top quality standards are met consistently.
  • Maintain cost control systems for linen and cleaning supplies, ensuring appropriate inventory levels.
  • Develop systems for inspecting and managing the quality of services provided.
  • Schedule staff efficiently according to productivity standards and occupancy forecasts.
  • Compile and report on housekeeping activities and expenses; provide status updates on guest rooms.
  • Recruit, hire, train, and develop housekeeping staff; conduct performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback.
  • Develop the department’s annual budget; monitor and report variances against the plan.
  • Respond promptly to guest requests in a friendly manner and ensure their satisfaction.
  • Present a professional image at all times through appearance and dress.
  • Conduct training sessions on safety, security, department procedures, and service guidelines.
  • Act as Manager on Duty as needed.
