Title of Position: Executive Kitchen Manager - EKM
Job Description: Our Back-of-the-House Manager is responsible for a variety of duties and responsibilities including overseeing the entire operation of the kitchen. This person is expected to maintain the highest food quality to our guests. They are responsible for supervising and training the kitchen staff, overseeing all phases of food production, inventory, food safety and service and production time standards. The Back-of-the-House manager must also ensure the kitchen area meets the mandated laws associated with health and safety requirements.

Qualifications:

  •   Kitchen Manager experience in a full-service restaurant is required
  •   Extreme attention to detail
  •   Culinary degree preferred
  •   Relocation flexibility
  •   Proven ability to develop team members
  •   Full understanding of restaurant operations
