Title of Position: Hotel Recruiter
Job Description: The Hotel Recruiter must be a motivated, friendly self-starter with personal discipline and an entrepreneurial attitude. The person in this position will source, interview and submit candidates to hotel clients and speak with the hiring managers to discuss their current needs. The Hotel Recruiter will attract applicants by placing job advertisements on various job boards, sourcing relevant databases, network through social media, and determine the candidate's qualifications by interviewing, analyzing responses and verifying references.
