We're seeking a talented and motivated Executive Sous Chef to be part of our extraordinary team in Sedona, AZ. Your hands-on approach will be pivotal in all kitchen operations, from running service and food prep to ensuring quality control over inventory and maintenance.

As the Executive Sous Chef at our Sedona, AZ club, you will:

• Take charge of kitchen staff, ensuring optimal performance in their respective roles
• Craft menus and oversee food presentation, consistently elevating our dining experience
• Efficiently address and resolve customer problems, always upholding our reputation for unparalleled service
• Perform spot checks for menu accuracy and taste, guaranteeing our high standards are met
• Minimize waste and overproduction, endorsing effective resource management
• Regularly review house counts, forecasts, and VIP lists to anticipate and cater to our members' needs

What we need from our future Executive Sous Chef:

• 
  
• A minimum of 3 years of elevated cuisine experience
• Prior supervisory experience
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, catering to our members' needs
• Outstanding communication skills, apt at problem-solving and decision-making under pressure
• High School or GED, experience in the food and beverage industry, and First Aid/CPR/AED certifications preferred
