Executive Sous Chef Position - Chapel Hill, NC
Salary Range: $60k - $65k

We welcome experienced Chefs with backgrounds in full-service scratch restaurants, especially those who have worked in settings with an annual volume of $2.5M or above. You should be adept at managing a bilingual back-of-house team, skilled in scheduling, inventory management, and proficient in expediting during peak times. We embrace a variety of culinary styles and concepts including Asian, Mexican, American, grill, bistro, gastro pub, fine dining, etc. and both independent and corporate restaurants.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in high-volume, scratch kitchen environments
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage a diverse team
- Versatile in handling various cooking and restaurant concepts
- Experience in scheduling, inventory, and quality assurance
