This is an excellent opportunity to join an established company as the Executive/Senior Vice President of Operations.
The EVP will assume all responsibilities for operations and report to the COO
Direct reports will be several Area Directors and Directors of Operations.
Experience with full-service, scratch kitchens, fast-casual, and new concept development will be essential for this role.
Experience with $50M - $100M annual revenue will be acceptable.
New unit openings, strong P&L and a track record of team development are essential to the success of this role.

Job Description:
Making certain all budget and financial projections are achieved, recruiting, and retaining top-quality management candidates, developing continuous training and development systems to enhance staff performance and delivery of customer service, and ensuring that appropriate staffing levels are achieved are some of the things we want our VP of Operations to oversee. The VP of Operations will also supervise procedures for the control of cash, property, product, and equipment and conduct audits to guarantee compliance with labor and safety regulations. The VP of Operations will act as a liaison between corporate and franchisees making certain all franchise restaurants preserve the standards of operation established by the corporate office.

The Executive Vice President of Operations must have proven performance in growing sales, training and developing employees, and controlling costs
The VP Operations must have a minimum of 3 years senior-level Multi-Unit Management experience
A solid track record in achieving financial results is a must for the VP of Operations
The VP of Operations must be extremely guest oriented with the highest degree of honesty and integrity
The VP of Operations must have excellent organizational, planning, communication, and interpersonal skills
