Title of Position- Facilities Manager

Job Description: As the Facilities Manager you’ll be responsible for the functionality and safety of our facility to ensure the well-being of our guests and personnel. A considerable knowledge of OSHA regulations, code standards as well as plumbing, electrical and HVAC equipment repair is crucial for our Facilities Manager. Knowledge of water systems will also be ideal for maintaining our amenities. Strong leadership and time management abilities are essential to manage our maintenance staff. As the Facilities Manager you’ll be responsible for hiring, coaching and scheduling the maintenance staff in addition to providing counseling and discipline as necessary. In addition to scheduling tasks for the maintenance staff the Facilities Manager will also be responsible for verifying the successful completion of such tasks. Strong personal skills, excellent verbal and written communication skills, and superior problem solving expertise will be necessary attributes resulting in the success of our Facilities Manager. Maintaining appropriate documentation and record keeping will be critical in maintaining a systematic routine to effectively maintain our facilities as well.

Qualifications:

  • The Facilities Manager should possess 2+ years of supervisory or management experience
