Job Description:
As a Restaurant Manager, you’ll oversee daily operations while ensuring exceptional customer service for every guest. You’ll be responsible for training and mentoring team members on procedures, policies, and station responsibilities, all while fostering a positive and energetic work environment. Building strong, high-performing teams will be central to your role. Additionally, you’ll work alongside the management team in administrative tasks, recruitment, and maintaining a fully staffed restaurant.
