You will assist in the programming, implementation, installation, and ongoing support of our POS systems. This will include supporting venues with POS software or software integration problems. Will be able to work under limited supervision, performs technical and administrative work in supporting and maintaining the Point of Sales (POS) systems and related devices for our Clients. Work involves maintenance and support of all computers (servers, desktops, cash registers and laptops and table-top systems), databases, networked and standalone printers, label printers, scanning equipment and all other IT equipment. Main responsibility will be to act as the POS support liaison within a restaurant style atmospheres. Must have experience with TOAST, Micros, Aloha platforms.
