Position Title: Executive Chef
Job Description: The Executive Chef will display leadership skills by hiring, managing, and guiding all Culinary Staff, fostering a kitchen environment built on teamwork and open to constructive feedback. The primary focus of this role is to ensure timely service of dishes that exceed our guests' expectations. We rely on the Executive Chef's expertise to inspire their team, create exceptional cuisine, and uphold the same standards of excellence that we do.

Requirements:
- Minimum of 3 years' experience as an Executive Chef in a high-volume, Fine Dining establishment
- Our Executive Chef must be reliable
- The Executive Chef must have a strong passion for developing and mentoring others. Those with a short temper need not apply.
- Ability to excel in a high-volume, fine dining setting while maintaining consistent food quality is essential for the Executive Chef
- The Executive Chef should have a culinary degree
