Title of Position: Food and Beverage Manager
Compensation: $65k to $75k
Job Description: We are seeking a dedicated individual for the position of Food and Beverage Manager, who has a proven track record of achieving service excellence and exceeding expectations. The ideal candidate must be capable of efficiently managing all food and beverage operations within budgetary guidelines and upholding the highest standards. In addition to overseeing day-to-day F&B operations, the Food and Beverage Manager will assist with marketing the restaurant and banquet spaces. They will work closely with the Executive Chef to design exceptional menus, purchase goods, and continuously make necessary improvements. To succeed in this role, the Food and Beverage Manager must possess exceptional customer service skills and be able to proactively respond to all customer needs and concerns. The ability to lead the F&B team by attracting, recruiting, training, and appraising talented personnel is essential to this position. Qualifications:
· The Food and Beverage Manager must have high volume management or supervisor experience of at least 3 years
· The ability to delegate tasks is an essential skill for the Food and Beverage Manager
· Proficiency in computer software such as Microsoft Office and Micros is a must for the Food and Beverage Manager
· The Director of Food and Beverage must be proficient in identifying and resolving workplace problems, including anticipating and preventing issues as needed
· Skilled in listening to, comprehending, clarifying, and resolving issues and concerns raised by colleagues and customers is required the Director of Food and Beverage
· The Director of Food and Beverage Adhere to relevant certification requirements
