What You'll Do:
- Lead and manage our Food & Beverage team to ensure exceptional service and guest satisfaction across several outlets throughout the hotel and property
- Oversee day-to-day operations, including budget management, inventory control, and compliance with health and safety standards.
- Collaborate with our dynamic young team to create innovative menus and enhance the overall dining experience.
- Foster a family-friendly environment where both guests and team members feel valued and appreciated.
