- Lead and manage our Food & Beverage team to ensure exceptional service and guest satisfaction across several outlets throughout the hotel and property
- Oversee day-to-day operations, including budget management, inventory control, and compliance with health and safety standards.
- Collaborate with our dynamic young team to create innovative menus and enhance the overall dining experience.

- Proven experience as a Food & Beverage Manager or in a similar role within the hospitality industry.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide a team.
