Salary: Up to $70,000 per annum, plus bonus and insurance benefits

Job Description:


Community Church is currently seeking a dedicated and experienced Food and Beverage Director to oversee our food and beverage operations. The successful candidate will have a strong background in food service management and a passion for providing exceptional service in a faith-based community setting.


Key Responsibilities:


Oversee the daily operations of the church's food and beverage services, ensuring smooth functioning and high-quality service

Develop and implement menus for various church events and programs, ensuring a variety of offerings that cater to diverse dietary needs

Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations, including food safety standards

Recruit, train, and manage food service staff, fostering a positive work environment

Plan, organize, and manage food and beverage needs for special events, meetings, and other church functions

Effectively manage costs, including food, labor, and supplies, while maintaining high quality standards

Collaborate with church leadership to align food and beverage operations with the overall mission and goals of the church

Handle any food and beverage-related inquiries or complaints in a timely and professional manner

Qualifications:


Minimum of 5 years of management experience in a food and beverage setting, preferably in a community or non-profit organization

Strong knowledge of food and beverage operations, including food and labor cost controls

Excellent leadership and team management skills

Strong commitment to providing exceptional service in a faith-based community setting

Knowledge of health and safety regulations in the food service industry

Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends, as necessary
