A Food Service Director is responsible for the overall functioning of food and beverage operations within a facility. This role involves tasks such as overseeing preparation and service of meals, ensuring adherence to safety and sanitation standards, and managing food and labor costs. The Food Service Director also collaborates with dietitians to plan nutritious menus, supervises kitchen staff, and coordinates with suppliers for food and kitchen equipment procurement. Exceptional leadership, communication, and budgeting skills, along with a thorough understanding of food safety regulations, are crucial for this role.

We are seeking a Food Service Director to join our team! You will be responsible for providing customers with a memorable dining experience. 

Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and coordinate all culinary activities
  • Oversee guest services and resolve issues
  • Ensure a high quality of ingredients and food preparation
  • Train and manage kitchen personnel
  • Create and adjust staff schedules to meet restaurant needs
  • Adhere to all safety and sanitation regulations
