Title of Position: Food and Beverage Manager - Country Club Industry
Job Description: The Food and Beverage Manager will conduct all operations pertaining to member dining, casual dining, banquets, and private events. The Food and Beverage Manager will oversee the Food & Beverage team and Dining StaffThe Food and Beverage Manager will work closely with the Event Manager and Catering staff to ensure smooth events. The Food and Beverage Manager must be able to interact politely with all vendors, team members, and community to establish a strong team dynamic. The Food and Beverage Manager must be able to identify customers’ needs and respond proactively to all their concerns. Lead F&B team by attracting, recruiting, training, and appraising talented personnel is a must of a Food and Beverage Manager. The Food and Beverage Manager will ensure professionalism in the form of dining area cleanliness and the appearance of ever staff member. The Food and Beverage Manager will attend CMAA seminars as required by the General Manager for further role development.
