Job description:

The Director of this foundation type will shape our future by developing our strategic plan, driving fundraising initiatives, and expertly managing operations to fulfill the foundation's mission. You'll build strong relationships with stakeholders, oversee program development, lead a dynamic team, and ensure meticulous event execution that will expand our impact and support our financial goals.

Qualifications:

·        Experience in strategic planning, managing, & execution of a non-profit organization.

·        Timely development, planning, and execution of campaigns/events.

·        Solicitation of sponsorship support and cultivation of ongoing relationships.

·        Organizational presence via networking (online and in-person attendance to other local fundraising and organizational events), promotional materials, & relationships.

·        Excellent verbal and written communication, presentation, and research skills.

·        Excellent organizational skills, ability to adapt to change, and high attention to detail.

·        Ability to manage multiple priorities while meeting deadlines.
