Title of Position: Franchise Consultant
Job Description: The Franchise Consultant will direct and be responsible for the operations of multiple restaurants within the Saskatchewan province up to 50 locations. The Franchise Consultant must ensure customer satisfaction and consistent performance is the top priority and must know how to build trust and strong relationships with the franchisee community. The Franchise Consultant monitors the operational practices and provides guidance to the franchise partners on brand standards, SOPs, and ensuring each store runs smoothly, exceeds health code standards and meets any budget and sales goals while complying with any marketing campaigns, promotions and community events.

Qualifications:
· This position requires a minimum of 3 years’ experience as a Multi-Unit territory manager
· The Franchise Consultant must be passionate about, and thrive on, the development and mentoring of others
· Trust, honesty, integrity and a true passion for customer satisfaction is a requirement for the Franchise Consultant
· The Franchise Consultant must act as a “brand ambassador” for our company at all times
