Title of Position: Front Office Manager

Job Responsibilities: The Front Office Manager is responsible for managing Front Office team. The Front Office Manager will respond quickly to all guest requests and complaints. As the leader of the front office team, the Front Office Manager will play an important role in hiring, training, developing and mentoring the team they oversee. The Front Office Manager must be familiar with special packages, short & long-term promotions, and pass on to Sales Department any possible leads which could develop into future business

  • The Front Office Manager must be available and willing to cover the front desk shifts if needed. 
  • Front Office Manager must possess the ability to multitask, work in a fast-paced environment and have a high-level attention to detail.
  • The Front Office Manager must have 2+ years’ experience working within a hotel front office team.
