Title of Position: Front of House Manager
Job Description: The Front of House Manager sets the standard for service expectations by overseeing the Front of the Restaurant. As our Front of House Manager your duties will include but not be limited to:
overseeing daily operation of the restaurant, team members, and facilities, control labor costs, lead team members in safety, sanitation, and accident prevention principles. Our Front of House must demonstrate skill and care when selecting, scheduling, coaching, developing, mentoring, managing, and leading their team. Our Front of House Managers will have a pulse on what is going on around them at all times and have a fire inside of them to build the best in the business. We want a Front of House Manager who will grow with us. We believe that Change is Good. Open Communication is Vital and believe that Management should be Hands-on and Own their actions.

  • The Front of House Manager should possess 1+ years of high-volume working as a floor manager/front of house manager in a full-service restaurant
  • The Front of House Manager should have a passion for developing and mentoring people
