Now, we're on the lookout for a spirited individual with experience managing front of house operations of bustling, full-service restaurants. Your key role? Ensuring everything in the dining area runs like a well-oiled machine, coordinating, directing, and playing an active hands-on role in our FOH service operations. You'll also get to oversee the creation of seasonal bar menu items, making the most of fresh ingredients from our garden, local vendors, and nearby farms.

Your tasks:

Be the superhero supervising and managing our front of house operations.

Command the stage at our restaurant events.

Lead our vibrant front of house team, including hiring.

Manage inventory and ordering like a pro.

Ensure our restaurant always meets top-notch quality standards.

Work in sync with our Executive Chef.

Innovate and roll out new bar menu items.

Partner with local farms, wine reps, local breweries for sourcing bar items.

Play an active part in the dining room.

Maintain cleanliness and keep our restaurant equipment in top shape.
