Title of Position: FOH Restaurant Manager

Job Description: As the FOH Restaurant Manager you will be held accountable for all service staff and guest relations of the restaurant. An extensive knowledge of fine wines and complimentary pairings by assessing affinity and nuances of each. The FOH Restaurant Manager will possess spectacular communication skills and have an outgoing and unreserved personality. As the FOH Restaurant Manager it will be essential to frequently visit tables and receive guest feedback. To be successful as our FOH Restaurant Manager it will be crucial to maintain an open line of communication between front and back of house personnel to ensure food and service excellence are consistently maintained. Our ideal FOH Restaurant Manager will set high expectations and develop the service staff to take ownership and exceed standards. As the FOH Restaurant Manager a professional demeanor must be maintained at all times. The FOH Restaurant Manager will work closely with the General Manager to help build sales and create an unforgettable experience for each and every guest.

  • The FOH Restaurant Manager must have high volume restaurant management experience of at least 2 years
  • A passion for mentoring and developing others is a must for the FOH Restaurant Manager
  • A solid track record in achieving financial results is a must for the FOH Restaurant Manager
  • The FOH Restaurant Manager must be extremely guest orientated with the highest degree of honesty and integrity
