Title of Position: Dining Room Manager
Job Description: As a General Manager, your responsibilities would include the overall performance of your restaurant, ensuring the highest standards of service are being met on the floor. As General Manager, it will be up to you to lead by example, showing enthusiasm while you motivate and inspire your team. Recognizing that your team members are also eager to develop within their own careers and mentoring their skills and growth is an important leadership role. Our Management team must be able to accomplish all administrative duties while being present on the restaurant floor, inspiring the team and delighting every guest, every time.

  • The Dining Room Manager should always be able to provide consistent support to the success of the operation
