Front of the House Manager

Position: Front of the House Manager

Location: Kannapolis, NC

Compensation: Total Compensation up to $55,000 depending upon experience

Responsibilities:

• Manage Daily Operations: Oversee service, kitchen, and administrative functions to ensure smooth and efficient restaurant operations.
• Lead & Motivate Team: Inspire the front-of-house team to deliver high levels of customer satisfaction and service excellence.
• Strategize for Success: Develop and implement strategies aimed at enhancing the overall dining experience and achieving financial targets.
• Maintain High Standards: Ensure food quality, safety, and cleanliness standards are consistently met.
• Staff Management: Handle recruitment, training, scheduling, and performance evaluations to build a well-informed and cohesive team.
• Collaborate Effectively: Work closely with the back-of-house manager to coordinate seamless operations.
• Drive Marketing Initiatives: Contribute to marketing and promotional activities to boost restaurant traffic and revenue.
• Inventory & Cost Control: Manage inventory, control costs, and recommend menu changes and pricing adjustments.
• Cultivate Team Spirit: Foster a positive work environment that encourages teamwork, enthusiasm, and a passion for hospitality.

Qualifications:

• Experience: Minimum of 2 years in restaurant management.
• Leadership Skills: Strong ability to lead, motivate, and mentor a diverse team.
• Communication: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Decision-Making: Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and make quick, effective decisions.
• Knowledge: Familiarity with food safety and sanitation regulations.
• Flexibility: Willingness to work during evenings, weekends, and holidays.
