Responsibilities:
The AGM/GM supports all levels of store operations dedicated to delivering a warm, authentic and inspiring environment for both guests and team members, to thoughtful leadership and to overall restaurant performance. Our AGMs/GM's will work side by side with the FOH team and in partnership with our BOH team to drive total quality, standards and performance. AGMs/GM's are passionate about delivering on the smallest details to uphold and grow our company. Successful AGMs/GM's believe in developing others, leading from the front and understand how to manage performance, have the highest level of personal standards, hold an owner operator mentality, and are warm, authentic and genuine.
