Calling all Maintenance Techs/Engineer
Local restaurant in the DC area is seeking to hire a full-time maintenance technician. If you have experience maintaining buildings and doing general contracting in a business setting. We want to speak to you.
$25- $28 per hour
Full time
Benefits
PTO
Regular hours
The ideal person will have general repair and maintenance skills/experience
Minor electrical
Tile repair
Minor plumbing
Coordination of subcontractors for equipment/refrigeration and HVAC repairs.
Placing calls for warranty repairs and follow up.
Placing calls for specialist repairs.
If you have general maintenance skills with tools then this could be an excellent full-time job.
Ideal experience could be from an apartment complex facilities engineer.
