What You'll Do as a Restaurant General Manager
- Oversee Daily Operations: Ensure smooth daily operations, high-quality service, and exceptional guest satisfaction.
- Financial Strategy: Develop and implement business strategies to achieve financial targets and boost revenue.
- Staff Management: Recruit, train, and supervise staff, fostering a positive work environment and promoting professional growth.
- Health & Safety Compliance: Execute and enforce health and safety standards in compliance with regulations.
- Inventory Management: Manage inventory and control costs to ensure profitability without compromising service quality.
- Community Engagement: Enhance the restaurant's image and reputation in the community through strategic engagement and marketing initiatives.
- Customer Relations: Handle customer complaints and feedback promptly and professionally.
- Stay Competitive: Stay updated on industry trends and competition, adjusting strategies to maintain a competitive edge.
- Corporate Collaboration: Work with the corporate team to develop and implement policies and goals.
- Legal Compliance: Ensure all legal and regulatory documents are filed and monitor compliance with laws and regulations.
- Sustainability Initiatives: Maintain the restaurant’s sustainability and environmental standards.

Is This the Role for You?
We're looking for someone who:
- Experience: Has at least 3+ years of operations and leadership experience in food, beverage, and service.
- Skills: Possesses excellent math skills and can operate a cash register and Point of Sale system.
- Physical Stamina: Can work in a standing position for long periods (up to 10 hours) and is willing to work 50 to 55 hours per week.
- Communication: Can communicate effectively
