Your Role as General Manager

The General Manager will be responsible for leading daily operations and developing a hospitality-driven team in our upscale casual dining restaurant. Here’s what your day-to-day will include:

• Leading and overseeing daily operations while fostering a team-oriented atmosphere focused on inclusivity and growth.
• Hiring, training, and coaching staff to deliver elevated guest experiences.
• Ensuring compliance with all health, safety, and sanitation regulations.
• Managing financial operations, including budgets, P&L, and payroll.
• Enhancing the overall guest and team experience by upholding brand values.
• Ensuring the functionality of systems like Toast, Paycom, and CTUIT while optimizing processes.
• Acting as a consistent advocate for safety for both staff and guests.

What We’re Looking For

We’re searching for an individual with a genuine passion for hospitality and a proven track record of managing high-performing teams in upscale dining environments.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 3 years of experience as a General Manager in upscale or elevated dining.
• Exceptional leadership and coaching skills with the ability to inspire and develop team members.
• Strong financial expertise, including managing budgets and P&L.
• Knowledge of food and beverage preparation, restaurant equipment, and health codes.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Hospitality Management degree (preferred but not required).
• Physical ability to stand for long durations and lift up to 50 lbs.
