Your Role as General Manager
Â
The General Manager will be responsible for leading daily operations and developing a hospitality-driven team in our upscale casual dining restaurant. Here’s what your day-to-day will include:

- Leading and overseeing daily operations while fostering a team-oriented atmosphere focused on inclusivity and growth.
- Hiring, training, and coaching staff to deliver elevated guest experiences.
- Ensuring compliance with all health, safety, and sanitation regulations.
- Managing financial operations, including budgets, P&L, and payroll.
- Enhancing the overall guest and team experience by upholding brand values.
- Ensuring the functionality of systems like Toast, Paycom, and CTUIT while optimizing processes.
- Acting as a consistent advocate for safety for both staff and guests.

What We’re Looking For

We’re searching for an individual with a genuine passion for hospitality and a proven track record of managing high-performing teams in upscale dining environments.

Qualifications:
Â
- Minimum 3 years of experience as a General Manager in upscale or elevated dining.
- Exceptional leadership and coaching skills with the ability to inspire and develop team members.
- Strong financial expertise, including managing budgets and P&L.
- Knowledge of food and beverage preparation, restaurant equipment, and health codes.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Hospitality Management degree (preferred but not required).
- Physical ability to stand for long durations and lift up to 50 lbs.
