Job Description: 
The Restaurant General Manager will supervise every facet of restaurant operations, will ensure exceptional guest service meeting or exceeding expectations, and will make certain the restaurant is appropriately staffed to satisfy the guest’s needs. This Restaurant General Manager must be a hands-on leader; with less than 10 people in the building during a shift, the manager cannot be a delegator, they must be a doer! This Restaurant General Manager will be in charge of controlling Profit & Loss, by following cash control/security procedures, reviewing financial reports, and taking appropriate actions. The Restaurant General Manager will work together with the Restaurant District Manager to develop the restaurant’s annual operating budget and control all profit and loss centers, including food, beverage, supply, utility and labor costs, in addition to operating the business in accordance with the company’s policies and appropriate laws and regulations

  • Minimum of 2-3 years current experience as a Restaurant General Manager in a high volume (over $2m per year in sales) Fast Casual concept
  • Bilingual in Spanish is preferred
  • Previous Management background with Super Mex, Chipotle, Café Rio, Panera, Corner Bakery, Pick Up Stix, Pei Wei, etc. a huge plus
  • Ability to increase sales and build rapport in the community
  • Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
  • Hands-on experience hiring, training, and developing hourly employees
  • Excellent work ethic and drive to succeed
  • The Restaurant General Manager must be proficient with financials (P&L's, inventory, food/labor cost, etc.)
