Title of Position: Restaurant General Manager
Job Description:
 As the Restaurant General Manager you will be responsible for all overall functions of a single restaurant. The Restaurant General Manager will be fully responsible for guest service and will ensure satisfaction by following the daily management agenda. Our ideal candidate will have experience with a scratch kitchen and full-service background. Selecting, training, and coaching a strong team will be the responsibility of the Restaurant General Manager. Scheduling, mentoring and counseling the restaurant personnel will also be functions of our Restaurant General Manager. A successful Restaurant General Manager will lead by example and provide immediate feedback to ensure compliance with all state health and safety regulations as well as company policies and procedures. The Restaurant General Manager will also be held accountable for administrative functions of the restaurant including inventory control, product ordering, labor control and budgeting- P&L.

  • Minimum of 3-5 years current experience as a Restaurant General Manager in a high volume (over $3m per year in sales) Upscale Casual Concept
  • Ability to increase sales and build rapport in the community
  • Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
  • Hands-on with hiring, training, and developing hourly employees
  • Excellent work ethic and drive to succeed
  • The Restaurant General Manager must be proficient with financials (P&L's, inventory, food/labor cost, etc.)
