When our first restaurant opened over 15 years ago, we wanted to give guests outstanding, prompt service without sacrificing food quality. Our focus has been on maintaining food quality, and with everything made in house and from scratch, we’ve been able to deliver to our guests and expand throughout the area. Over the past few years, we’ve opened up more restaurants and have added catering options to our guests to enjoy our food at their larger gatherings. We have plans to expand even further in the market, and are searching for Managers who not only care about customer service, but are passionate about the quality of food we serve.
Title of Position: Restaurant General Manager
Job Description: Driven by our values and an innate understanding of our culture, our Restaurant General Manager’s main goal is to provide our customers with an outstanding dining experience. We want our guests to feel their expectations were exceeded. He/She will oversee the planning, organizing, training, and development of Managers, as well as the achievement of company financial, safety, and quality goals. The Restaurant General Manager will lead by example and be hands-on with coaching and developing our team. This individual must fully understand federal, state, and county health/labor standards and ensure they are met. Prior experience with Catering is preferred; our Restaurant General Manager will assist with planning and executing successful catering events.
- Minimum of 3-5 years current experience as a Restaurant General Manager in a high volume (over $3m per year in sales) Fast Casual concept
- Prior Catering experience a plus
- Ability to increase sales and build rapport in the community
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
- Hands-on with hiring, training, and developing hourly employees
- Excellent work ethic and drive to succeed
- The Restaurant General Manager must be proficient with financials (P&L's, inventory, food/labor cost, etc.)

Rob Dallaire attended MSU where he received his Bachelor of Arts degree in Hospitality Management. Throughout Rob's management career, he has been fortunate enough to work for some top level companies in the industry such as Houston's, Champps, Hard Rock Cafe, and PF Chang's / Pei Wei. Rob made the transition over to the recruiting side of the business with Gecko Hospitality in 2005. Rob is responsible for the Southern California area for Gecko Hospitality. When not working, Rob likes to spend as much time as possible being outside enjoying the lifestyle that Southern California offers, spending time with his 3 daughters. Rob is big MI State and Detroit sports fan.
