General Manager - Closed Sunday, Growing Brand
Job Description
- Lead and inspire a team of dedicated professionals to deliver exceptional customer service and uphold our high standards.
- Ensure smooth day-to-day operations, including staff scheduling, inventory management, and quality control.
- Foster a positive work environment by providing ongoing training, coaching, and development opportunities for the team.
- Monitor and analyze sales performance, implement strategies to drive revenue growth, and maximize profitability.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and inviting environment for both customers and employees.
- Collaborate with the management team to develop and implement effective marketing and promotional initiatives to attract new customers and enhance brand awareness.
- Proven experience as a General Manager in the food service industry, ideally in a fast casual or similar environment.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and empower a diverse team.
- Exceptional organizational and time management abilities, with a keen eye for detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with customers, employees, and vendors.
- Proficient computer skills, including knowledge of point-of-sale systems and basic office applications.
- Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
- Competitive salary of $50,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
