As the General Manager, you will oversee daily operations, ensuring that the restaurant runs smoothly and efficiently. You'll be responsible for managing staff, delivering exceptional customer service, maintaining inventory, and upholding the highest quality standards. You'll play a pivotal role in the success of the restaurant, while fostering a positive and energetic workplace culture.
- Lead and manage a team of servers, cooks, and support staff
- Ensure excellent customer service and an outstanding dining experience
- Oversee day-to-day restaurant operations, including opening and closing duties
- Manage and maintain inventory, ordering supplies, and ensuring proper stock levels
- Handle scheduling, payroll, and staff development
- Monitor and maintain restaurant cleanliness and safety standards
- Resolve customer complaints and concerns in a professional and timely manner
- Develop and execute strategies to drive sales and increase profitability
- Work closely with ownership to achieve restaurant goals and maintain a fun, team-oriented culture
- Previous management experience in a restaurant or hospitality setting
- Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills
- Ability to manage and motivate a team with diverse personalities
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to challenges
- A passion for the food and beverage industry
- A focus on delivering high-quality guest experiences
- Ability to manage operational budgets and achieve financial targets
