Title of Position: General Manager
Job Description: To become a successful General Manager for our corporation, you have to be an individual, comfortable leading a team of other Managers, and pride yourself on strong leadership talents, demonstrate imaginative suggestions and have an unparalleled enthusiasm with regard to work. The General Manager in this position will provide employees with tools needed to give our guests the fantastic service they’ve come to anticipate from us. - 2 plus years of restaurant management experience in a high volume atmosphere is a must for the General Manager
- A passion for mentoring and developing others is a must for the General Manager
- A solid track record in achieving financial results is a must for the General Manager
- The General Manager must be able to demonstrate honesty and integrity inside and outside of the work place and always strive for 100% customer satisfaction

A 14-acre country estate was renovated into a 15 room Bed and Breakfast. Later renovations and expansions resulted in a luxurious 52 room Country Inn with fine dining, weddings, and banquets.

Steve is married to his wife Tracy - also a restaurant professional. Steve has a daughter Nicole, and two stepsons Robert and Joseph, all in their twenties and doing well. Steve was born, raised, and has always resided in Southeastern PA. He is a big sports fan. His hobbies are golfing and reading.
