Title of Position: General Manager
Job Description: The General Manager will supervise every facet of restaurant operations, will ensure exceptional guest service meeting or exceeding expectations, and will make certain the restaurant is appropriately staffed to satisfy the guest’s needs. This General Manager will be in charge of controlling Profit & Loss, by following cash control/security procedures, reviewing financial reports, and taking appropriate actions. The General Manager will work together with the District Manager to develop the restaurant’s annual operating budget and control all profit and loss centers, including food, beverage, supply, utility and labor costs, in addition to operating the business in accordance with the company’s policies and appropriate laws and regulations

Steve is married to his wife Tracy - also a restaurant professional. Steve has a daughter Nicole, and two stepsons Robert and Joseph, all in their twenties and doing well. Steve was born, raised, and has always resided in Southeastern PA. He is a big sports fan. His hobbies are golfing and reading.
