Job Description
- Lead a dedicated team to deliver exceptional guest experiences, providing excellent customer service and upholding our high standards.
- Manage all operational activities, including staff scheduling, inventory control, and quality assurance, to ensure seamless execution.
- Foster a positive work environment through effective communication, ongoing training, and development opportunities for team members.
- Implement marketing strategies to attract new customers and maintain strong relationships with existing patrons.
- Analyze financial and sales data, developing strategies to drive revenue growth and maximize profitability.
- Uphold strict adherence to health and safety regulations to ensure a safe dining experience for all guests.
- Collaborate with the management team to continuously improve processes and optimize overall restaurant performance.
- Proven success as a General Manager in the restaurant industry, with a focus on family-friendly establishments or similar environments.
- Strong leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a diverse team.
- Excellent organizational and time management abilities, ensuring efficient daily operations.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, fostering positive relationships with customers, employees, and vendors.
- Proficiency in utilizing technology and restaurant management software.
- Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
- Competitive salary within the range of $60,000 - $65,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
