Are you ready to step up to the plate and lead a team in a fast growing fast casual concept? We're seeking an experienced General Manager for our bustling location in Tempe, AZ.

As the General Manager, you'll be the driving force behind our iconic brand that has grown exponentially over the past 30 years. From its humble beginnings as a halal street cart in New York City, our brand now proudly operates nearly 100 restaurants across three continents, with over 300 more in development worldwide.

Your role as General Manager will be pivotal in our continued growth in Tempe, AZ. You'll be expected to live and breathe our highest standards, working closely with your team to ensure they're met. Your responsibilities will include recruiting, developing, training, and retaining personnel, managing inventory and food quality, controlling costs, and delivering financial results.

In Tempe, AZ, our General Manager is not just a figurehead but an active participant in every aspect of the restaurant's operation. You'll be on the floor, ensuring each guest leaves utterly satisfied with their experience. This means empowering your team to prioritize hospitality and react positively in every situation.

As our General Manager, you'll set the daily operational expectations in Tempe, AZ, leading by example and fostering a positive team morale. Your administrative duties will include staff evaluations, payroll procedures, and conflict resolution. Additionally, you'll ensure the immaculate cleanliness and perfect organization of all areas of the restaurant.

To excel as our General Manager in Tempe, AZ, you should have at least three years of managerial experience, preferably in a high-volume setting. You should also be a Certified Food Protection Manager (CFPM) in Arizona and ideally hold an Arizona ServSafe Certification. Familiarity with MS Office and various business software is a must.

The position offers a competitive salary of $64,000 per year and a full benefits package including Medical, Dental/Vision, and PTO. This is a full-time position based in Tempe, AZ.
