General Manager - High-Volume Restaurant
Job Description
- Leadership & Team Development: Cultivate a culture of excellence and hospitality by mentoring and inspiring the team. Foster an environment that supports growth, recognizes achievement, and promotes from within.
- Operational Excellence: Oversee all restaurant operations with meticulous attention to detail. Ensure the highest standards of service, food quality, and cleanliness are met consistently.
- Financial Acumen: Demonstrate comprehensive financial management skills, including budgeting, forecasting, and P&L analysis. Implement strategies to maximize profitability and achieve financial objectives.
- Guest Satisfaction: Champion the guest experience by ensuring every interaction is infused with warmth and authenticity. Address and resolve guest concerns with grace and ensure feedback is leveraged for continuous improvement.
- Community Engagement: Act as the face of the establishment within the community. Build and maintain relationships with guests, local businesses, and community organizations to drive brand loyalty and reputation.
- A minimum of 5 years' experience in a managerial role within a high-volume, full-service restaurant.
- Proven track record of operational efficiency, staff development, and financial management.
- Exceptional leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide a diverse team.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, capable of building relationships at all levels.
- A passion for the hospitality industry and a deep understanding of the Italian-American culinary landscape.
