Job Description: As a General Manager with our Company the right candidate will be responsible for overseeing the overall operations of the entire restaurant, success will depend on this persons’ ability to recruit, build, train, mentor and maintain a strong team of professionals throughout the entire staff. Additionally, the General Manager must be able to handle all administrative and financial responsibilities, having a strong knowledge of P&L management. Exceptional communication skills are needed to effectively and efficiently coach staff and management towards competing and exceeding common goals.
