Join one of the leading dining destinations in Brea as we bring to life the rich flavors and traditions of Latin cuisine. As the General Manager, you will be at the heart of our operations, bringing leadership, passion, and expertise to ensure the success of our culinary journey.
Operations Management: Oversee daily operations to ensure a smooth, efficient service, upholding our brand's standards for excellence and authenticity in Latin cuisine.
Staff Leadership: Recruit, train, and mentor a high-performing team dedicated to delivering exceptional customer experiences.
Financial Oversight: Monitor restaurant financials, including revenue tracking, cost management, and budgeting, to maximize profitability while maintaining the highest quality of offerings and service.
Guest Experience: Ensure guests receive an authentic Latin dining experience, addressing and resolving any concerns with the utmost professionalism and hospitality.
Menu Collaboration: Work closely with the culinary team to ensure menu items reflect authentic flavors, updating offerings in response to guest feedback and seasonal availability.
Vendor Relations: Build and maintain relationships with suppliers and vendors, ensuring the restaurant receives the best quality ingredients and products.
Safety and Compliance: Adhere to all local and state health and safety regulations. Ensure the team maintains a clean and safe environment for guests and staff.
Brand Ambassador: Represent the restaurant in the community, fostering relationships with local businesses, and participating in community events and promotions.
Continuous Improvement: Stay informed about industry trends, introducing innovative ideas and strategies to keep the dining experience fresh and engaging for guests.
Feedback Loop: Create mechanisms for gathering feedback from both guests and staff, implementing suggestions and improvements for ongoing success.
Proven experience as a General Manager in a restaurant setting, with preference given to those with experience in Latin cuisine.
Strong leadership skills with a passion for team development and mentorship.
Solid understanding of restaurant financials including budgeting, cost management, and revenue optimization.
Familiarity with local vendor landscape, particularly those offering ingredients essential to Latin cuisine.
Strong interpersonal skills with an emphasis on guest relations and conflict resolution.
Fluency in English, with Spanish language skills a plus.

During high school, Lucas began his career as a busser and moved up the ranks and was a part of the managing team within three years while going to college. Lucas had held many different management positions before transitioning into recruitment.
He grew up in a suburb of Roseville in Northern California, then moved to Southern California to pursue his successful restaurant management career. Lucas’s’ ability to see talent and passion for others makes him an exceptional recruiter.
