Our Fast Casual restaurant concept in Orangeburg, SC is seeking an experienced and passionate General Manager to join our team and lead our growing establishment. As a Restaurant General Manager, you'll have the opportunity to shape our restaurant's future and create memorable customer experiences.
- Overseeing daily operations and ensuring excellent customer service at all times.
- Managing and developing a strong team of service and culinary staff.
- Planning and executing marketing strategies to increase our restaurant's popularity and footfall.
- Ensuring compliance with local, state, and federal regulations.
- Balancing the budget, analyzing performance, and creating strategies for growth.
- Strong leadership and organizational skills, with the ability to coach and mentor staff effectively.
- Experience in managing a Fast Casual restaurant successfully.
- Demonstrated skills in financial analysis and budget management.
- Adept at developing and executing business strategies to achieve growth targets.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
