General Manager – Upscale Healthy Café & Bakery

Location: Beverly Hills

Salary & Compensation:

• Base Salary: $70,000 - $80,000
• Bonus: Discretionary

Work Schedule:

• 5 to 10-hour shifts, flexible based on store demands.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily operations to ensure seamless service and a high-quality guest experience.
• Lead and mentor a team of managers and staff to uphold hospitality and service standards.
• Drive sales and profitability while managing labor, food, and operational costs within budget.
• Implement and maintain policies, procedures, and health & safety regulations.
• Develop a strong team culture through coaching, training, and performance management.
• Ensure excellence in food quality, presentation, and overall customer satisfaction.
• Manage scheduling, inventory, and vendor relationships for operational efficiency.
• Handle guest feedback and resolve any issues promptly and professionally.
• Work with leadership on marketing efforts, promotions, and community outreach.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• 3+ years of experience as a General Manager in a high-volume café, bakery, or fast-casual restaurant.
• Strong leadership, team-building, and communication skills.
• Proven ability to manage P&L, budgets, and operational costs effectively.
• Passion for hospitality, food, and creating an exceptional customer experience.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.
• Experience with health & safety compliance, inventory management, and labor laws.
