Title of Position: General Manager
Job Description: The General Manager is a hands-on position with complete responsibility for all restaurant-related functions, systems and operations. The General Manager will perform operational duties, supervise the management team and teammates' activities and ensure overall integrity of the restaurant. The General Manager will be actively involved with achieving exceptional guest service, building sales and delivering sound cost results. This will result in timely, consistent and exceptional performance to the restaurant and its guests. In addition to the operational duties, the General Manager will be involved in various human resource related functions including coaching, development and leadership. We expect this individual to be a positive role model for their team and to supervise and coordinate responsibility for the restaurants success. The General Manager will report directly to the Area Director of Operations.

- The General Manager must have high volume restaurant management experience of at least 3 years
