Position: Hotel General Manager
Location: Charlotte, NC
Role Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Hotel General Manager to oversee all aspects of our prestigious hotel operation in the vibrant city of Charlotte, NC. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining the highest level of guest satisfaction, managing operational efficiency, and driving the hotel's financial performance. This role demands a proactive leader who can inspire a diverse team, innovate services, and uphold the brand’s standards of excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage hotel operations to ensure premium guest experiences and operational efficiency.
- Develop and implement strategies aimed at fostering business growth, enhancing guest satisfaction, and optimizing revenue.
- Oversee the hotel's budget, financial planning, and expenditure to ensure profitability.
- Cultivate a dynamic and inclusive work environment that encourages team development and high performance.
- Maintain rigorous standards of service quality and hospitality at all times.
- Engage in community and market-related activities that bolster the hotel's presence and reputation in Charlotte.
- Liaise with corporate partners, hotel owners, and other stakeholders to align on business objectives and report on the hotel's performance.
- Innovate and reevaluate operational processes and service offerings to meet changing market demands and trends.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Hotel General Manager, or similar executive role, with a track record of operational excellence in the hospitality industry.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and manage a diverse team.
- Excellent financial acumen, with experience in budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
- Strategic thinker with the ability to innovate and adapt to changing market dynamics.
