Position Title: General Manager
Job Description: The General Manager will oversee the day-to-day operations of the restaurant, including sales, fiscal operations, accounting, recruitment, and maintenance of the building and equipment. Your goal will be to exceed budget targets, preserve cost-effectiveness, and ensure profitability in line with company policies. Prepare monthly reports for the corporate office and follow financial procedures, handling cash, credit cards, accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, and other transactions. As a strong leader, you will build an outstanding team, hire and mentor team members, and guide them towards personal and professional success.
