As the DC Managing Partner/Multi-Unit General Manager, you will:
Exhibit Exemplary Leadership: Lead by example, inspiring and motivating a full team of salaried managers and executive chefs to deliver exceptional results. Your ability to guide and develop talent will be critical to our success.
Oversee F&B Operations: With your expertise in food and beverage operations, you'll ensure seamless execution and provide unparalleled culinary experiences that will delight our valued guests.
Drive Results: We're looking for a go-getter who thrives on exceeding metrics. Your proven track record of managing multiple units with sales volumes of $10M - $15M will be your ticket to success in this role.
