Title of Position – General Manager
Job Description:As a General Manager, your responsibilities are, but not limited to manage profit & Loss through labor cost, food cost & inventory as well as set high standards for both our products and our customer service. The success of the General Manager depends on their capability to keep team members focused and dedicated to our vision from the Front of House to the Back of House operations. This person must possess the talent for effortless team work in a high volume, fast paced environment and have a complete understanding of restaurant financials. We understand to meet our high standards will not be easy, so in return for the hard work of the General Manager as a company we will continue to be involved in your own development. Determined by your aspirations, your abilities and your aptitude for development, we will give you the means to balance your ambitions with training programs and an effective staff development policy.
